BlackBerry negotiates sale of the company to Google and Cisco - Correio do Estado

BlackBerry negotiating with Google, SAP and Cisco to sell all or part of the company, according to Reuters. Also according to the agency, it is unclear whether any of the business will be successful. Negotiations take place at the same time that the smartphone maker signed a preliminary agreement with a group of investors to sell the company for $ 4.7 billion and close their capital. Under the agreement, which includes Fairfax Financial Holdings (its principal shareholder), the investor group has six weeks to analyze financial data and decide whether the transaction closes.
