"We have better products," says director of the BlackBerry - Terra Brazil

Without making direct comparisons with leading competitors, Apple and Samsung, BlackBerry reveals that he has ambitious plans for the Brazilian market – plans that involve mainly the conquest of the consumer, not the companies. That’s because the corporate market shows great acceptance of their devices, but the user still prefer buying iPhones and Android devices. The BlackBerry, however, believes that these have better products, according to the said Earth the general director of the company in Brazil, John Stricker.

To get harder in dispute with major competitors, the Canadian company launches later this year two more smartphones in the country in an attempt to regain the space between the users. The Q10 and Q5, with physical keyboard and 4G LTE connection, should quarrel with last generation devices and phones considered “input”. The focus, however, may suffer setback due to the price of products.

Both releases should not be benefited by the law that guarantees exemption from certain fees for smartphones not meet the requirements of the Brazilian government. Like the Z10, which hit stores in early May, the appliances are imported and still do not have the minimum number of applications developed in the country needed to reduce the costs to the consumer. Nevertheless, the BlackBerry believes it has more to offer than the other manufacturers.
