Contrary to this, the BlackBerry – which made a failed launch of new devices and a new platform earlier this year and walked, without success, to find a buyer – almost disappeared. The brand sent 4.5 million mobile phones for retail, a decrease of 41.6%, which leaves it with 1.7% market share.
