The BlackBerry started this week the distribution of BBM Channels for devices with BB OS: an app that, as the name suggests, offers the user several channels with different issues that can interact with the person through discussions, comments and even chat.
The service, which aggregates content to “participants”, was announced in May, then passing these months in beta, finally became available to “everyone.” As already said, it is divided into channels that can be created by one person – yes, you can create one! – Company or artist. Thus, the user can search for an item and choose a topic to follow, follow the news and interact with other followers or even the creator himself.
Initially, the novelty is the arrangement of devices that run BlackBerry OS 5 or higher. There is not a prediction, but the BBM Channels will arrive “soon” to Android and iOS platforms.
