The Open Day event to present the activities that the BlackBerry Tech Center Recife has been postponed due to the strike of the road and the rain. The initiative should have been held on Thursday (4), the Informatics Center (CIn), Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), but the organization has not released a new completion date. The purpose of the Open Day is to show anyone interested the possibility of development through the BlackBerry 10 platform.
In a new date, participants will experience the BlackBerry smartphone Z10. The devices were conquered by the team of students that integrate BlackBerry Tech Center Recife after a marathon of over 48 hours of development held last February.
In the devices, are installed apps created in Vir- a-thon and some other developed later, and other popular applications. In addition, young people will show how are innovating through BlackBerry 10 platform and how others can do the same. Also other initiatives will be presented Tech Center. Among them, the developer support, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, design thinking practices, lean startup, among others. Finally, the event will be presented Built For BlackBerry Challenge Brazil 2013. This competition will distribute U.S. $ 25 000, and Z10 devices and PlayBooks. The initiative is open to anyone.
