disclosure of financial data for the months between March and May of 2013 showed a decline in the average value of BlackBerry users. The bill was taken by analyst Horace Dediu, consultancy Asymco, which divided the total value of the company, $ 2.8 billion, the 72 million registered users in the period.

The numbers are scary, especially when talking about a company that is already in bad shape. The result obtained by the specialist shows that every BlackBerry owner worth only $ 40 for the company, an amount greatly below the U.S. $ 866 recorded in 2010, before the manufacturer go through problems that affect today.

During the quarter, the BlackBerry has lost 4 million users and hopes once again, close the current fiscal year in the red. The study of Asymco, however, also showed a drastic drop in the value of iOS users, $ 1,500 in 2011 to $ 450 between March and May 2013. The fall here is attributed to the dynamics of the user base, which has not acceded immediately to new releases of the company.
